The leadership style at times is overly controlling. A couple of executives tend to be involved with each single detail of what goes on day to day including some of the most minor things. The controlling style was particularly glaring in the customer service area where the ability to give credit to others or allow them to be the center of attention or recognition didn't exist. It's a systemic problem seen and felt by former and current team members. There seemed to be fear of not being the smartest person in the room for some reason. I saw it stunt opportunities for personal growth and for others on my team to be recognized.

Lots of false data and false statements by mid and upper level management on the state of the company. The software looks beautiful but full of flaws making it hard for EVERYONE to do their jobs. Salaries in the same position vary greatly on who you know not your experience. Hard to share your opinions or thoughts on the product etc without making someone mad, especially mid level management who maybe clueless or not have benefits/insurance experience.
