Cons

Compensation is a bit on the lower side. Need more opportunities in overseas assignments.

Work life balance is good. Timings are Good. Office location is good.

Cons

Regionalism, Favouritism, No value of hard work and dedication, Manager wont even recognise you if you’re not in his favourites or a female. Very slow growth. If you’re a hard worker they will give you more work without any recognition or credit.
