3yThank you for the review. It is always hard to balance the needs of those that want to work from home with those that prefer everyone to be in the office. I think we have reached a reasonable middle ground. We have also had lots of train strikes recently and are in the winter colds/coughs season so that sometimes depletes numbers in the office. We have just confirmed a new hire and hopefully more will follow soon! Please feel free to raise any suggestions in your monthly meeting with the senior management team, or if you can't wait, you can always have a chat at a social, after work beer or grab one of us for a quick private chat in the office.
