Pros
This small but energetic company packs a punch above its' weight by employing only the best talent available and making the whole business process fun and entertaining. It's hard work, with demanding clients, but a hugely rewarding experience.
Cons
The hours tend to be long as Media Managers tend to over-serve their clients. It makes the client happy (which is the ultimate goal) but they need to be better at striking a balance between that and exhausted staff.
