Honestly one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Constant lack of direction, yet expectations are unrealistically high. Little to no transparency, and decisions seem to change depending on convenience. Management prioritizes cutting costs over treating employees fairly, whether that’s in compensation, workload, or general respect. Positive reviews here are fabricated, even the employees that choose to stay will never leave a positive review

Ah beng running business. Overall leadership approach is highly unstructured and reactive, with decisions often driven by impulse rather than clear strategy or long-term planning. There is a severe lack of professionalism in how the company is run, which just creates confusion for everyone. One moment going one direction, the next moment another. Instead of backing their team, management may override decisions, change terms, or step in last-minute in ways that undermine credibility. This not only affects performance but also erodes trust internally and externally. The salary offered does not align with the workload, responsibilities, or performance expectations. Dont expect incentive or bonus, they dont exist and if they do its minimal. All money flows into boss pocket. Communication from leadership can be inconsistent and, at times, misleading.
