Pros
Fantastic working environment and great people
Cons
Not immune to wider tech economic shocks

Pros
Pay was decent, for the time. Fully remote.
Cons
Don't expect them to care about you as a human being. I told my manager "hey, I'm incredibly depressed and it's a concern" and he responded to that by letting me go later that day.

Pros
Rewarding work, interesting and friendly customers and wonderful Flyer family.
Cons
None that I can think of.

Pros
You carve your own role. Management and colleagues let you really feel you are part of a family. Performance is important as it is important how happy you are.
Cons
Direction often changing. Too much trial and error and some strategic changes. Not managed to integrate the various technologies acquired as far as ideally should be.

Pros
Working at a company going through significant changes and working hard to compete in a really hot market may not be for everyone, but you will definitely be challenged in ways that will help you learn and grow your career. Through several acquisitions, the company's vision and go-to-market strategy have evolved. The recent addition of a Co-CEO has been energizing and I am looking forward to seeing what we can all achieve together. I genuinely like the people I work with, and feel that we are all pulling in the same direction. The customer response to recent changes has been enthusiastic. In addition to seeing the vision, they are starting to see the integrations come together in a way that will drive real impact for their business outcomes.
Cons
Remote work has advantages and disadvantages. I know it can be hard for new employees to feel integrated socially, but teams work hard to overcome that as much as possible. I'm hopeful that we will all be able to come together for more in-person gatherings over the coming year. We still have some work to do to drive efficiency in decision-making, mostly sticking to recent efforts to put ego aside and focus on results and accountability above everything. Last year we sunset a product that customers liked and asked them to move to a new solution. Even if we believe the new solution has more benefits and better product market fit, the frustration and disappointment from customers was hard on customer-facing teams and our product roadmap was somewhat hindered by parity concerns. With that behind us, we can focus on delivering what our customers need that is differentiated from competitors.

Pros
Started off great. Innovative company. Kind a d smart leadership. Autonomous. Collaborative. Then the wheels fell off.
Cons
Five acquisitions of failing companies bloated the headcount. Mediafly also took on the salaries of each company's C-suite killing any chance of a balanced P&L sheet. In my first year the company doubled in hesdcount through these acquisitions without even coming close to doubling the revenue. I don't even know where to start on the product. It went from being one of the best in class sales enablement platforms to a Frankenstein monster. user experience was a huge differentiator and that went out the window. There's a compelling vision, but the execution has been atrocious. The culture went from a people-focused, collaborative, innovative, creative, and fun to one of the worst places I've ever worked at. They preach a Flyers first culture but the reality is the moment the wheel started falling off, they stopped caring about people at all. The org chart is a mess. I would actually just call it the re-org chart because it's constantly changing without any strategic long-term thinking. Some very smart and kind people work there, but most of them didn't make it. and we're replaced with task masters instead of leaders. The fact that Mediafly had a 4.8 rating on Glassdoor when I started, and it's now dropped the whole point to 3.8 says it all.

Pros
Decent benefits, decent salary, a few really good engineers to learn from when they aren't being driven into the ground with the weight of most of the codebase relying on them to maintain.
Cons
Upper management took massive pay cuts on the understanding that when the company turns profitable, they get *paid paid*. So, ultimately, all they care about at this point is the company repaying that gamble. If they can justify reasons to terminate people and add more load to already overloaded Senior Engineers, they'll do so. A lot of siloing happens here. Attempts are made at knowledge sharing, but they're token efforts. An hour-long meeting every now and then isn't knowledge sharing: newer engineers that try to learn by doing aren't helped much, then it's an issue that tasks are taking longer than usual because they're trying to challenge themselves with new areas of the codebase. Little to no onboarding unless you're the squeaky wheel in Slack every day.

Pros
There are some pleasant coworkers.
Cons
I deeply regret my time at this company. One of the major issues is the retention of executives from various acquisitions, resulting in an abundance of overpaid leadership without clear contributions. The constant shift in the GTM strategy every quarter left the team feeling uncertain. The products consistently lagged behind industry rivals. One of the most disappointing aspects was the company's treatment of its employees. When nearly 30% of the workforce was laid off, the severance package provided was only two weeks. This starkly contrasted with the company's ability to fund a co-CEO position, continuous hiring, and funding trips for select employees following the RIF. I deeply regret my decision to work here, and I would caution anyone considering joining this organization to carefully weigh their options and consider the company's priorities.

Pros
-Good work/life balance. 20 days front loaded PTO -A few great people to work with -Learning experience (if you're willing to always adapt to a new direction)
Cons
I worked at Mediafly for 2 years, and the company “vision” changed every quarter. Early on, the company was communicative and transparent. Over the course of 2 years, 5+ acquisitions happened and the C-suites from these companies stayed on. None of these people were ever in alignment and the original culture went down the drain. Mediafly is supposed to be a "revenue enablement" solution, but they don't internally prioritize enablement or understand how to truly enable revenue teams. The acquired products were dropped on the sales team with no plan to train them how to sell it. The idea of how the products would work together made no sense. They promote sales excellence yet there was zero consistency in enablement leadership (5 different enablement leaders in 18 months). Its hard to trust an enablement solution that doesn’t understand enablement to its core.

Mediafly is a company committed to not only their customers, but their employees as well.
Cons
This can be a very past-paced environment.
