-Communicative, accessible, and supportive management -Focus on growth and career development -Growing company with incredible internal advancement opportunities -Teamwork and community focus -Safe practices during COVID-19 pandemic (exclusive wfh during first year of outbreak, office closed after single positive case, voluntary return-to-office during variant spikes) -Work from home up to 3 days/week -Management and HR very sensitive to work-life balance issues, create policies that work for employees and their families -Diverse workforce and management -Excellent benefits, bonus structure
Cons
-Some late-night meetings or work with Chinese partner sites -Small company growing rapidly could lead to culture shifts or extra stress -Lower half of pay range (I can only speak for myself and I accepted the first offer that was made, but for my field in Chicagoland, my income is on the low end. Take this note with a grain of salt.)
