Unlimited PTO, Keg, flexible schedule, weekly massages, some good people.

Cons

Work life balance, unstable environment, HIGH turnover, top heavy (too many managers not enough employees), poorly designed product, too many meetings, I could go on.

Pros

The perks are good - weekly massages, happy hours, company outings are great. Plenty of schedule flexibility and work from home opportunities.

Cons

Despite all the potential and breadth of talent, this company can't seem to get it's feet under it, due not in small part to the constant turnover at all levels of the organization and utterly toxic work culture that has been created here. This is anything but a team environment. Finger pointing across departments is a regular occurrence and communication across those departments is absolutely abysmal (which is stunning for a company of barely 70 people). Expectations of the failure of teams is regularly expressed by certain members of the senior leadership team. Despite all the promises of change, the senior leadership team is not all that different from a year ago. They still cloister themselves in half-day-plus meetings every other week and exit with the impression that they have all the answers and are prepared to make commitments on behalf of the people who have to execute them. On the rare occasion the opinions and ideas of their employees are solicited, the SLT will immediately turn around and promise something at least two steps further to the customer. High turnover is habitually normalized as an inherent part the "startup" culture by proclaiming that those who choose to leave or are unceremoniously dismissed "just can't hang" in that kind of environment. And that gets to the core of the issues here. Despite claiming that you won't be "just another cog in the wheel," you are. Ambition and ideas are not rewarded here. You are expected to take your marching orders and fall in line, or else be kicked aside for the next "resource" to come in. All in all, yf you're in the software development industry, Atlanta is booming for you right now and you can do much, much better.
