Not very organized and will call you last minute.

- admin is untouchable, no matter how horrible they treat employees, slurs they use in meetings, or the actions they take. Nothing is ever done to improve the work environment for the employees - favorites were played often and randomly. You came into work and never knew what side you were on that day - closed minded admin when it comes to marketing practices - hours were long and you were expected to always be on the clock because you are salaried

Long hours can be difficult with new families

the company is more about making money than the care of the patients they are understaffed most of the time continuing to make changes to increase the workload of the staff and create an unsafe atmosphere for patients

Budget cuts, not many areas to move up for non medical staff

Disconnection of the work relationship between day shift and night shifts

Almost always understaffed (nursing support), its all about who you know here too. Too many cranky, lazy employees being kept in positions due to being friends with higher ups. Also parking is horrible.
