Pros

In total honesty, I can't think of a single positive.

Cons

1. Always understaffed below the legal standard and an extremely high turnover of staff in all departments. Leads to hiring very unqualified (not fit to work in psych let alone with children) people out of desperation. 2. Highly manipulative and retaliatory management. All management in both nursing and mileu are only promoted for being friends and willingness to lie, cheat or brownnose. 3. Dangerous conditions, staff frequently assaulted by patients and more frequently many staff and myself have had to deal with inappropriate behavior from coworkers, lots if complaints of sexual harassment and bullying amongst staff and management alike 4. Pay checks are FREQUENTLY shorted due to mistakes with payroll (following an unqualified new hire with no training) 5. Clearly a company out for money at the expense of its patients wellbeing. Don't work here if you want to keep your license or sanity. I've seen too many new nurses get lied to in interviews and when they get to the floor are crying and throwing up from stress (and management is nowhere to be seen) 6,7,8. Extremely dirty and unsanitary, staff who blatantly abuses patients, out of touch and senile management
