Remote work is offered, but it does nothing to ease the constant strain that comes with working for Metadata.

Cons

- Management piles an unreasonable amount of pressure on the staff - Demands reached a point that no one could realistically meet - Deadlines were rushed to the point of being impossible - Support was basically nonexistent, leaving us to handle every problem alone - Turnover stayed high because the company showed little concern for the people keeping it running
