No Proper Management Policies. Unrealistic Expectation. Boss wants to keep an eyes on your telephonic calls and he wont hesitate in asking if its an official call or personal :) Company wants to hire people from India and pay them less compared to the UAE MS CRM Market Standards. No Personal life at all, people will expect you to work over weekends and extend during office days. Micro managing is like a major issue in these organization, MD himself wants to keep his eyes rolling on small things rather then focusing something at strategic level. Cultural issues, since people are hired only from one part of India. so you donot find multi cultural environment. Cant travel by cabs for meeting since cost of cab is higher then Metro hence your claim wont get approved....
