Pros

Great location - the London office is on St Martin's Lane which is wonderful if youre into culture.

Cons

Metia only really has one client - Microsoft - which makes them complacent. They aren't interested in developing other clients. Creatives - designers, writers, etc aren't recognised for their work. All the praise, recognition etc goes to the client-facing person who licks the client's behind and emails your work to them.

Pros

Small company - everyone knows each other. you can come up with new and innovative ideas and push them

Cons

- high school kind of atmosphere - it doesn't matter how good you are or contribute to the company. All that matters is, how well you get on with the boss to get promoted or given better jobs. Really hard for family people to get recognized, as they don't have much time to join social drinking activities - that's where all the business happens. - managers and directors have their favorite kids (on the same low intellectual level) which get the best jobs - I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone having a wider horizon or comes from a good company. It is not the job what they sell it for.

Pros

Struggle to find any good points. The coffee machine?

Cons

This agency operates more like a charity than a professional business. Some employees completely incapable of regulating their emotions, leading to constant drama and incompetence. Any serious agency would think twice before bringing in individuals who behave like this to deliver for clients. Management turns a blind eye, allowing chaos to thrive.
