Pros

Top tier clients and exposure to them at an earlier stage in career than other places. Small company that is close knit

Cons

There is no diversity at the leadership level!!! Take a look at the website. If you aren’t a white man, you won’t be promoted. And if you speak out for diversity and modern workplace requests then expect pushback from “old school management”. The leadership could be called the three white stooges. One guy is cool-an intern who worked his way up but lacks experience elsewhere. He’s good at selling work and people like him. Another guy has been there forever and is a micromanager who doesn’t sell much work himself. Prepare for many Friday nights making slight tweaks to decks. Then there is the founder who is a very smart guy with a great reputation and has built a very solid company (despite the cons the company is still a good place to be). He is a bit old school though but still a great leader.

Pros

Those with psychopathic and sociopathic tendencies will thrive in this environment.

Cons

1. Pervasive fear of failure emanating from senior management that 2. There’s little to no enthusiasm - associates are generally great to be around, managers and leadership however are cold, robotic, and critical of those who show any semblance of human emotion. 3. There’s constant dysfunction and confusion - communication from VP (AK) is manic, controlling, obsessive, and often irrelevant. Crossed wires are common, and people are always left out of the loop. Team members can barely tell which way is up. This leadership failure makes collaboration near impossible. 4. High employee turnover at the Associate level (nearly 90%) eroded culture and belonging amidst the revolving door of talent. 5. Pay is highly lacking, far below industry average. While base pay is normally competitive, year-over-year pay growth that's common at other firms (usually 10-20% to keep up with inflation) does not exist here. There are no base pay increases without promotion. 6. Leadership failures leave every man for themselves - managers are unwilling to work with associates and collaborate at a lower level, expectations are far too high. The same goes for senior associates. Too much managing up and not enough managing down.

Pros

-High responsibility for major portions of client deliverables and high executive exposure -Decent pay at entry level -Small size of the company makes the culture intimate and warm

Cons

-Fully remote -Minimal training or quality control -Some of our deliverables & "expertise" is very wishy-washy -Very small firm, so you don't have the bells and whistles that most modern firms today have
