While base pay is normally competitive, year-over-year pay growth that's common at other firms (usually 10-20% to keep up with inflation) does not exist here. There are no base pay increases without promotion. 6. Leadership failures leave every man for themselves - managers are unwilling to work with associates and collaborate at a lower level, expectations are far too high. The same goes for senior associates. Too much managing up and not enough managing down.
