      Pros

      Love their company culture! They have fun, impromptu social events (read: food and hockey pools), but also roll up their sleeves and work hard.

      Cons

      They could do a better job of promoting the company because we need more employees for the work we have.

      - Female-owned company - Everyone is treated so well, whether it be full-time, part-time, or contract staff - Amazing, diverse group of people - Company truly listens to feedback and also cares about social issues

      - Project-based work so can be pretty tight deadlines sometimes, pretty typical for a client-services role
