1) The HR and management is good. 2) Friendly Employees

Cons

No work life balance for employees, especially in the sales team. No proper structuring of team, no tools for the sales team to work. Unrealistic expectations from the management on the targets. This company is without any Technical head, so completely ruined product. Old ways of doing business, no scope for adoption of new technologies. No one has any plans for any employee in the team. The target and KPIs change everyday. Not at all worth for someone looking to start their career from this company or trying to learn innovative ways of doing sales.
