      Seems good on paper, reality is a bit different

      Pros

      Innovative company making a name for itself Some quite inspiring leaders and big client names Growing rapidly

      Cons

      Lots of things promised in terms of promotions, pay rises, enhanced benefits, but none ever came through. Despite being a global company now, many of the Benefits felt distinctly sub-par for a consultancy e.g. bare minimum pension contributions allowed by law. Internal processes quite chaotic and despite being an established multi-million dollar company Bit of a stuffy atmosphere, everyone seems to have a very high opinion of themselves and took work extremely seriously. Never really felt like a place that I would call 'fun'.
