Pros

Supportive and compassionate team that genuinely cares about children with autism and their families. The work is meaningful and rewarding, and you can see real progress in the kids you work with. Great training and supervision, with leadership that values ethical, high-quality ABA. Positive work environment where BTs feel supported, appreciated, and encouraged to grow. Strong sense of purpose and community.

Cons

As with many growing ABA centers, things can feel fast-paced at times and require flexibility. Scheduling and day-to-day logistics can occasionally change, which may take some adjustment.

Pros

Work/life balance, A nice center, Flexibility in most aspects, Lower caseload

Cons

Low pay, Techs not trained well enough, Techs not offered PTO/raises/bonus or just incentives so high cancellations and turnover rate, Favoritism at play, Not great benefits (insurance expensive, little PTO)

Pros

Supportive team, Flexibility, Great kids

Cons

The pay structure is not ideal at all and it is difficult to make more than 50k a year here. Client cancellations also effect supervisors, and MLC requires a consistent set amount of billable hours in order to get paid your base salary.
