Pros
I really enjoyed my time working at Micrium. It was my first full time job after graduation. I learnt a lot including how to understand Quebecois French but I was also very passionate on the product. A good team in Montreal and Christian was a commandable leader up until he took a bit of a side role.
Cons
I have none as I look back on my experience it was one of my best job as a developer.

Pros
- they hire new-grads without discrimination - the CEO Christian is amazing. He is very knowledgeable, approachable and mostly he cares about his employees. - people are team-oriented
Cons
- Can't think of a valid con :) Maybe the training was mosly self-led with help here and there but you have to be an independent learner to pick up quickly. I have no problems with that, I actually liked the challenge of learning on the daily.
