Pros

Free lunches sometimes, the IT guy is cool, lots of vendors to work with (sometimes too many).

Cons

The commissions they state in their interviews are nickel and dimed down - you will be lucky to make half of what you are promised after "fees" like credit card fees, "load" on revenue and mysterious other ticky tack fees to pad MA's pocket. Also if you don't hound your customers for payment within close to 30 days your commission gets cut in almost half... totally insane! Training is a joke - how to leave a voicemail? Come on! Supposedly we hire only veteran reps. Also if you leave they are sue happy - watch out.

Pros

work from home top notch managers

Cons

Tons of fees Nickel and dime your commissions Misleading commission rate Deceitful company Microage is like the good friend of yours. They say all the right things, act like you are their best friend but then are constantly stabbing you in the back. Will promise things when hired, you sign a non compete and then they will change the major things that they advertised and not for the better.

Pros

-High commission rate -If you can bring over business, you’ll do very well -remote first -great sales resources

Cons

-Firing people without warning all of the sudden, which has created a lot of panic and fear among the sales force -you’ll feel like you’re being watched -“unlimited pto” that is difficult to take, and means you won’t get paid out if they fire you randomly
