      Pros

      Micromo is a very good company to work for. Very good work to family life balance. Acceptable pay. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Overall it is a stable company. Medical benefits can be better but available and comparable to other companies. Salaries top at the 50% of the industry salary bell curve.

      A great vacation package along with all the imaginable benefits is rare to find in the United States. There is an open door policy and there are no words to describe the pleasantness of the management team.
