Horrible management

Pros

Lots of overtime if you want it

Cons

Management doesn’t care about employees, only profits. Used to be different when John Chua owned it, but ever since new owners, they stopped caring and brought in a bunch of managers that doesn’t care.

Pros

They have donuts for office employees on Fridays, LOL 😆

Cons

This place is locked in the 1980s, CEO is a spoiled brat that has no clue to run a very small company. Oh, he has a property business and feels that he can run this place the same way. He wanted to use a Credit Report to qualify new hires for employment!!! The President is a "Yes Man" and has his lips so far up the CEOs butt that he can't make a decision on his own! They don't value their employees and everyone is ready to quit! Medical benefits are ridiculous = $430+ biweekly for family medical? Are you serious? They have no core values, no values statement, no clue how to do onboarding, no clue how to train and retain employees, and no real performance reviews! Seriously, just look elsewhere, this place is a joke!
