Pros

Pay, and Health Benefits (Broad Band depending)

Cons

Everything!! From Management all the way down to Co-Workers. Where to start. Forget about work/life balance. Instead of having an adequate workforce, they'll just have everyone work 50, even 60hrs a week. You're already limited in vacation days, so having to waste taking either a Friday, or Monday off just to have a rare free weekend is a double whammy. Did I say constant OT? People have been on 10hrs for over a year now. More, and more people are leaving, causing even more of a work gap. Management is the worse I've ever seen. Biggest liars around. They enjoy the power of bossing people around, yet take on none of the responsibilities. Employees with high seniority have more say than some of the managers, while doing as little as they can. Work load is completely unbalanced, resulting in terrible On Time Delivery, along with bad quality. Co-Workers spend more time snitching on each other than actually doing their jobs. Toxic environment no matter where you go. Hiring is becoming more race/disability based than on skill. All in the name of diversity, and to put up this fake PR front.

Pros

Pay was ok for position. Benefits were standard.

Cons

Management at my facility was terrible. They would have ridiculous requirements for what needed to be done each night. Would constantly have us move work stations around for small changes wasting valuable time. No real leadership with any sort direction. Also, if you will be expected to donate a portion of your check to the United Way and if you tell management no, they will immediately treat you like garbage.
