Pros

Free snacks when they are available

Cons

No reviews, no management and overloaded with work. It is a real sweatshop in there. A true boiler room operation. Mistrust is the key to how this place runs and does business on a daily basis. Watch your back if you want to take a job here.

Hmm. The reviewer claims, "It is a real sweatshop in there." Yet he/she stayed with the company more than 5 years. It seems unlikely that both A and B are true.

Pros

good location good office facilities flexibility regarding personal matters occasional interesting project

Cons

The headline summarizes it - bloated management layer with narrow vision. Makes one wonder if there's anyone among the management whose interests extend beyond their own advantage. Lack of respect and lack of competent leadership provides for the environment that is often insulting to a professional. They will spend hours preaching the semantics of words such as value and quality, but in the end they will suppress any initiative from within that would suggest improvement thereof, as if threatened by it.

Mind Over Machines has enjoyed a healthy client portfolio for years. Currently, our largest client represents approximately 15% of total annual revenue, with dozens of clients making up the balance. Many accounts continue to grow, and new ones keep coming in, so we anticipate our revenue concentration will fall even further. Clearly, we can do a better job making sure EVERYONE on our team understands our strategic strength.
