Pros
I had a truly fantastic experience working at MindSumo for 4 and a half years. I wore a ton of hats. Given the size of the company, the number of clients and level of user activity are very high. This leaves anyone working there with a huge opportunity to try new things and practice professional skills.
Cons
It's a small/lean company, so new roles and opportunities don't appear often.

This is a rare company that has a product you can sell with conviction, a leadership team who supports you, and a group of coworkers who you will think of as friends. If you're smart, talented, and hardworking, you'll find the opportunity to make a role for yourself at MindSumo.
Cons
It's a small startup, so it's not for people who want the traditional corporate culture.
