      Pros

      Remote working, Lots of various products under one platform

      Mindtickle has a horrible & toxic culture. Employees are put under tremendous stress, deadlines they cannot meet due to lack of support and alignment within the business. The product lacks a lot of maturity and there are a lot of mis sold deals which creates frustrations with customers. Micro-managing is the norm. Due to the the company's initial HQ being Indian, you can really sense the hierarchy, ego's here which at present in most Indian corporate cultures. Nothing is being done to understand the cross cultural work ethic's & culture. The new leadership is out of touch from reality and the employees. They lack any kind of emotional intelligence and do not listen to what their employees concerns, ideas or issues are.

      An exciting, fast paced SaaS company, in a hyper growth space! Huge opportunity!

      Pros

      Mindtickle is a fast growing, exciting, scale up company. Huge earning potential, career progression opportunity, and the opportunity to be autonomous and in control of your own destiny as a sales professional. Large enough and well funded enough to provide all of the tools, resources, and investment in people required to help you be successful. However, still has a start/scale up, fast paced feel to the company meaning: - great and quick career progression opportunities - great earning potential with an excellent commission plan

      Cons

      Not a downside for me, but some may not be suited to a 100% remote role (no physically office in EMEA - yet!) Again, not a downside for me, but there is an expectation on AE's to generate at least 50% of their own pipeline. Not for people who expect all of their opps and leads to be generated for them!!

      Pros

      Sales Readiness is an incredible field to be in as it gives you the opportunity to work with world class clients. Having the ability to collaborate with intelligent and very driven individuals. You can be creative and have the opportunity to express yourself, whether that is in your role or another project that you pick up. I think there is a good work-life balance, people are quite respectful of each others time and priorities.

      Cons

      Too much focus on innovation rather then improving the current technology. Sometimes it feels like there is no communication between global teams, and resources get distributed unevenly.
