      Colleagues are good to work with and are supportive.

      Cons

      Extremely poor management and coordination. Expect to put in 15+ hr days continuously with little promotion or payrise opportunities.

      Mindfields is amongst the leading players in the Intelligent Automation and Artificial Intelligence consulting space. Company provides its employees with tremendous learning and growth opportunities and freedom to experiment and fail.

      Cons

      Fast paced. not for the faint hearted.

      1. Good work culture 2. Opportunities are great if your willing to grab them 3. Takes good care of their employees 4. Will also have fun at times 5. Salary on time

      1. Expansions are little slow
