Pros

Very good clients and projects Chance to learn and explore many technologies Flexible timing Free lunch, snacks Work from home option

Cons

Ever changing company policies Good practices are being stopped - Ex: Code reviews, Encouraging certifications A new review system is brought in place in which your performance is NOT measured based on the work, instead it is measured by interviews (Yes - the same kind of interviews which you would give while joining the company) with questions not related to your domain. Basically you need to clear these interviews to survive. Your future in the company is decided based on these interviews and not on your contributions to the project/team/company. Appraisal process is not uniform across the organization. Company says they never fire people which is completely false. There are many instances where people are asked to leave over a phone call.

First off, I don't think my ceo is so immature. He is just helpless because of the managers who think it's their money and they can do whatever they want. 1. Ceo is dependent on the managers for decisions. Mr ceo, please be independent. Hire new managers. I left the organization because of my manager and I am sure that's the main reason behind the numerous resignations in last 1 year. 2. Mr ceo, you have zero tolerance for code piracy and agreement policies. But why don't have a woman harassment cell in the organization? Please include a cell and be zero tolerant on that matter. My manager portrays himself as the cleanest person in the world. He gives gyan to respect ladies. But everybody in the team knows what his actual image is. If everytime he misbehaves with the female employees we put him into jail for a day, he could have been in jail for lifetime. You even ask ex employees they would say the same. Ladies don't complain because he will start ruining their career. Please introduce a cell today and I am sure he will be sacked in a month. 3. Partiality is becoming the religion. Please take real care of the issue. Validate the people in role justifies or not. 4. To my manager, Please respect your people. Don't just treat them like workers. We work hard and more than money we want respect, help, appreciation. And this is not a request.

Pros

Philanthropist at heart, they really believe in charity. They rehab ageing people suffering from "employability challenges" and make them Delivery Managers.

Cons

The Company has set new records in non transparency and incompetence, and every year it breaks his own record kudos to the top management. While they expect you to be a true professional willing to put in more than 8 hours a day they make a mockery of how professional companies behave. Mr CEO when was the last time our Salary got credited on 31st of a month? When is this month Salary going to get credited? its already 3rd day of the month and our bills are badly due. What stops you from letting the employees know at least that Salary will get delayed? Don't you think that its your responsibility to do that? What right have you got to evaluate employees performance when you can't even pay them on time? How can anyone draw a straight line between the "full page advertisements" you flash on paper where you publish rubbish on behalf of employees and your level of professionalism. If you have an iota of shame left please process employees Salary on time. They are the one who sweat it out day and night when the managers are busy planning their next vacation. I don't want to even discuss the competence levels of Delivery Managers they are good for nothing bunch of jokers highly lacking technical ability, So much so that it's laughable. They would tell lies after lies to client, even can make you work under a different name(sic) while the founder of the company gives lectures on honesty and ethics. wake up! The irony is that the Founder of the Company lives in an "Alice in wonderland" world where he thinks the company can be put in a different bracket of so called "cool" companies just by making employees play football and skate litrally inside the company. People are not so naive to not see it as a marketing strategy. They can't be fooled to believe its part of the culture here.
