Pros

Its in the Tech industry, so you get some exposure. If you are lucky enough to go to a conference you can learn from real tech companies.

Cons

Deceptive practices and workplace filled with gossip. Google "rebackoffice lawsuit" for example of conniving actions. This attitude runs rampant in regards to clients. Micromanagement- Boss constantly getting involved in employees day to day work. Management changes ideas constantly and causes loss of time. False promises are made by management and are never recorded so they can't be held accountable. There is no reward for hard work. The positive reviews are made up by people who don't work for the company and live in India. 90% of the company work is outsourced to India. The biggest con is that they have a poor product and zero care for their clients and respect for employees. By far the worst startup / tech company I have ever worked for.

CEO doesnt Pay Bills or pays them slow Culture does not support growth Independent thinking is not rewarded Customers are lied to and treated poorly CEO is volatile and unpredictable Product changes every day and customers are not informed Customers leave as fast as they come in

Pros

There are a number of bad reviews on this site claiming all sorts of awful things about employment at Mindmatrix. I'd like to clear some things up and also offer the perspective of a current employee who has been treated nothing short of amazingly and with true compassion. It's true that we're a passionate team, and we work together well across our different specialized teams and across borders. I suspect that some of the disparaging reviews here are from former employees who are now disgruntled, and who, during their tenure with the company, were disengaged and didn't see all of the connectivity across teams - Sales, Consulting, Services, Support, Production, Development - We're all one big, communicative team that works together to make our clients successful. Cons

I really can't think of any glaring cons. Some people may not share the same passion for the work being done here, and could perceive it as over-the-top. Being part of the team here, it becomes evident quickly that it's a beneficial driving force behind the company's success.
