      Pros

      I joined as an intern and continued to work full time. Grew immensely in that period. Wonderful opportunities to learn new things, work on varied, interesting problems with cutting edge technology. Combining latest research work into industry applications.

      Cons

      Be prepared to work hard. There is no free lunch, with immense growth comes more work and more responsibilities.

      Pros

      I had worked as a full time consultant for about 4 months. The focus on optimizations and scalability of whatever we were doing was pretty much top notch. The best thing is that CEO and CTO have a really good tech background of about 15+ years, so you're in good hands. Good people, definitely made me go up a notch skill-wise in those 4 months. The philosophy of Pavan, the CTO, about many things in work and life is also a plus I would say :)

      Cons

      As the team executing the bigger things is small and it is a startup, you will need to put in a lot of efforts and time.

      Amazing startup to boost up your career growth. Founders are from good tech background and have expert level domain knowledge. You can expect to work on latest technologies and challenging problems. Good compensation and stocks according to performance and ownership.

      Cons

      Obviously the expectation from employees to deliver is more than a typical corporate job. Hope to reduce as more people join.
