      Interesting job, difficult work place

      Fast paced and interesting work. Variety of diagnoses including mental health

      Cons

      There is minimal training, little support from supervisors, high work load, and a negative work environment. A counselor could easily work 50 hours a week and still be consistently behind. There is little time for individual counseling, most counseling will be group sessions.

      Good perks but issues with pay and staffing

      good paid time off, if you can use it some free food overtime if you want it good place to work if you are in recovery

      Cons

      pay is not the same - low for some and high for others always short staffed meetings all the time, you have to go even if you are not on the schedule managment has favorites clients get away with too much
