    Pros

    The office layout is fun, there is a "selfie tunnel" in the social space, along with a swing room, sleeping pods, a ping pong table and more!

    Missguided get involved in some exciting collaborations and the work is very varied which is brilliant for the team's skills matrix.

    There are many company engagement activities to get involved in which is great for new starters to meet new people!

    Nice HQ, Nice People, flexible working

    Cons

    Too PC, One bin on a floor with 100+ people, hardly ever any company events/outings, the amount of third parties used, ancient legacy codebase, temperamental local and test environments that slow development drastically, use of optimizely

    Pros

    - Friendly atmosphere, not frosty or anything everybody is welcoming
    - Early finishes on Fridays
    - Great work space and offices
    - Nice perks e.g. competitions/freebies
    - Getting more structured slowly but surely
    - Generally a great place to work

    Cons

    - Quite slow for progression
    - Hasn't been much structure with changing strategies etc but definitely seeing improvements
    - Systems are very manual
    - Staff discount is only 30% and doesn't apply to branded product
    - Not hugely sociable, definitely could do more here
    - Location of offices makes it more difficult to socialise I think...would be better if it was more central I think

    - There's not really any benefits (but it is retail)

    Advice to Management

    The team is young, you need to help them grow as it will be majority of their first jobs. You'll be surprised the amount of superstars you've missed out on.

    friendly staff
    friday working hours

    Cons

    no leadership
    no development
    people who have been in the company for a long time haven't developed their skills or industry knowledge and still have a final say in decision making
    no communication of business state
    produce a lot of work that never materialises

    invest in your staff
    promote people who do a good job rather than hiring externally

    Parking is not great if you don't have a space
    A lot of staff turnover before I left

    To review line managers more frequently and speak to their employees
