Remote position, tech savy company and hands on training. Knowledgeable directors as your mentors

Thank you for this review. We find all reviews valuable and we're always trying to improve. We just claimed our Glassdoor account today so we have not seen this until now. We're sorry that you had this experience working here at Mission Recruiting. While I acknowledge you felt that way about your experience, we would disagree with you about us having high turnover. We would also disagree that we have a high-pressure or high-stress environment. We are a results-only-work-environment. It is true we provide a lot of data on people's activity and that is so our clients can see that we are working on their behalf. It is also true that we do not provide equipment but we do offer a salary (not a draw), full benefits, a retirement plan, a partnership plan, a strong commission structure with bonus tiers, subjective bonuses (for the last two years and hopefully more moving forward), identity protection, cell phone reimbursement, and an opportunity to grow and manage a team. Again, I know we are responding late (a year later!) to this review but we just found it so thanks again for the feedback. We will use it to improve.
Upbeat company, with a great handle on how to make a remote work situation collegial, and effective. Expectations are clear, and the tools for success are all provided. I suspect the poor reviews above may have come from former employees who didn't have the discipline to work effectively from home. Compensation package (commissions) seem to have been represented accurately and fairly. Management is process-oriented, idealistic, genuine, and committed to creating wins for employees, clients, and candidates, alike.
Cons
I don't have any complaints. I've been with the firm for 90 days and definitely feel like I made the right choice. Salaries are not the highest for this kind of work, but the compensation structure is weighted to reward performance. If things continue as I expect, commissions should double my salary which is right on track with what was I was led to expect.

As I've mentioned a few times in these responses, we just claimed our account and we are sorry we did not respond sooner to your comments. We are sorry that your time at Mission Recruiting was not rewarding. That is 100% on us and we can do better. Since this review in 2020, we have established most of our procedures and policies to where we feel they won't need to adjust much. We know how frustrating it can be to not have clearly set goals and paths forward. Thank you again for your review and we will learn from this.
