Most managers and colleagues are quite smart and visionary, and the environment is generally friendly. You will have the opportunity to work with the biggest app companies in the world. Use it and make network.

Cons

The top management and HR somehow make you feel undervalued. The work-life/social-life balance is quite weak, and you should be prepared to work overtime. Working overtime is highly appreciated in this company. About your bonuses, forget them. Possibly, you won't be able to take them even you reach your KPIs.
