Pros

Work pressure is manageable, timimg is good if you're not in Sun to Thursday following Saudi working days or not in QA projects

Cons

Delivery heads are nuns n mums, no process, no ethics, useless management, HR is not approachable they feel like running the show, Bhavya is so egoist and useless lady, became manager compromising herself. One should never ever join this company. CEO and COO both are extremely unprofessional.

Pros

1. Opportunity to work on Telecom BSS/OSS applications 2 Health Insurance is good. 3. If you are lucky, your Lead and Manager will be supportive and gives credit on your work.

Cons

1. HR Policies are not clear except for HR. 2. Hikes are Worse (HR, Finance & CEO think that employees do not read their payslips or Hike letters) they jumble components every year, and technically you will get zero hikes in the name of bonus schemes. 3. No proper planning or priority for any project, everything is important, which makes everything unimportant. Micro-Management with experienced employees is not good. 4. Attrition rate is so high that if 4-5 employees leave then 1 will join and there is no guarantee that new employee will sustain for a long time. 5. Mobily Infotech hierarchy system is a Joke. (If you want to become a lead, it'll take at least 15+ years to become a team lead) 6. It's Mandatory to serve the Notice period. Do not expect early release even if your rating => 3/5. But they will expect you to join in a month. 7. QA team is equivalent to cleaning staff when you look at their hike % w.r.t to other teams. 8. Even a 10+ year’s exp individual will also work as a trainee test engineer. 9. Productivity of a QA person is considered only based on the number of test cases passed, there is no other method management has to find out. 10. Work pressure is too much unless you know how to handle multiple stakeholders especially SMO's from KSA at the same time for different projects. 11. Onsite is only KSA, no other operator or country is in scope for now. 12. Sunday to Thursday shift will change your work-life balance. Be prepared for it. 13. During resignation, make sure you send a mail and apply in all portals to avoid any extension. 14. Beware of some TL's, they will take credit will ask you to work more. (I was lucky to have a supportive lead & manager but some of my colleagues were not). 15. There is always a blame game played by HR, CEO, and Delivery Heads. 16. Annual bonus is always paid in half, at max, one employee might receive full amount but 99.99% you will get half of it even if you get 4+/5 rating. 17. Special bonus is nonsense just to make an employee stay but it will change every year. (sometimes monthly, sometimes in installments & sometimes they will add special bonus to your actual CTC. 18. Beware that your total CTC will reduce sometimes; the finance team doesn't check the previous year's hike letter. 19. For management at MIT & Mobily, their KPIs are more important than the quality of deliverables. 20. No proper documentation or guidance for New employees unless if you are lucky, your lead might help (I was lucky, but not the same for everyone) 21. No growth as per the market standards. 22. Religious-based discrimination exists which needs to be exterminated. 23. Unnecessary political discussions in the office that again creates a hostile environment for many others. 24. Management should give recognition awards to deserved employees not based on favoritism. 25. Every employee whether at MIT or Mobily is scared of KSA local Employees. 26. Job security depends on your rapport with delivery heads. 27. CEO does not want to hear negative stuff or questions about any issue. If someone raises his or her point about any issue. CEO’s first reaction is to fire that individual even if he is technically very strong and a critical resource of MIT, which forces everyone to be silent. 28. Don’t trust the multiple positive reviews written on the same day in the month of Jan 2021 & Feb 2021 (Instructed by management) 29. Onsite travel experience will be horrible for less experienced employees. you cannot rely on their per diem which is less than peanuts. 30. Only a few employees are nominated for some training, not everyone is encouraged despite having sufficient experience. Last but not the least, stop running propaganda channel NDTV in the office all the time, it is so irritating to listen to biased/fake/provocative news.

Pros

At first, it looks everything cool in the company, but not really the case.

Cons

From day one, the tension started, there was no proper documentation or guidance for new joinees to follow up . No KT, no help from the old(working for many years ) guys , even exit formalities is worst , each and every day attendance till LWD was counted, if it's less Than 6 hours that day salary gone,
