      Pros

      Interesting projects, promotion of learning and working with new technologies. R&D focused. Work life balance good. People are interesting and passionate.

      Cons

      Office layout is a bit strange so sometimes it was distracting if lots of people in the office but can do work from home. Not much parking in the area.

      No politics. Everyone seems to actually be passionate about the work they do and willing to support others. Can work remote or hybrid just matters the work gets done. company is growing and doing some really neat work.

      Can't work remotely out of country if you want to travel because of security.

      Nothing good that would remember.

      Cons

      When I got to the company I was asked to learn their code base without any particular task. After three days of browsing code, I heard senior developers discussing how little progress I had. Not fair.
