      Pros

      You meet different people from different mines from all around the world and many of them are talented and you can learn from them. The days off you get from traveling are also good bonus

      Cons

      I would like the local management to present to the corporate all the issues in a more realistic manner.

      At times too many meetings. Some in house libraries cause a lot of headaches.
