Pros

1) Everyone works hard for each other 2) The L3 team work hard to keep a happy office atmosphere by using office activities internally and externally which the company is very happy to pay for 3) A very strong company financially and you could stay for life 4) The company is growing and the future looks bright 5) All current employees that I have come into contact with are very conscientious and look out for each other 6) Excellent standard company benefits with option to add more 7) Your work will easily be recognised as the teams are small but very effective 8) Rewards are recognised annually with bonuses and pay rises After writing the above I’m wondering why I left!! 😯

Cons

The back office teams that support the sales teams are struggling as they are small. This brings a lot of stress and could ruin the great work ethic that has been installed over the years by burning out great members of staff. Career progression is difficult as the teams are so small.

Pros

Lots of lovely people at the UK office

Cons

EU sales management is very number driven, managers have no connection with the staff, many delete management emails before reading. Promoting and territory/product reshuffling is happening only on the top level while there have been very few promotion opportunities for the personal contributors. Managers are massaging each others egos and looking to other associates from the above. HR is cashing on any success, self promoting low level interaction. No management at the office even HR is often working from home. You are given a development objective not for helping you to grow professionally but for delegating extra work which is not always helpful and is never rewarded. Office furniture is very old (UK office), managers get what they like for their home offices but for the office based associates they would do very basic. People stay because of the opportunity to earn but the morale in most of the teams is low.

Pros

Job security, reasonably well paid, nice perks

Cons

micro management with high expectations and no real room to move or be flexible. Managers are over worked and not available. Old boys network for management - women very under represented at senior manager level especially in Europe.
