      Toxic Work Environment with Rampant Favoritism and Unethical Practices

      Salary is marketable Benefits & work/life balance are okay

      Cons

      If you're considering working here, proceed with caution. The company's upper management operates heavily on favoritism for thier "yes" people! They say they have unlimited PTO but if you have need to take a little extra it is counted against you even when utilization numbers are on mark. They make changes to business processes without documentation or communication to staff and then discipline staff for not following the most current process.

      Cons

      Bad leadership from the managers, HR’s didn’t even know how to moderate a situation, Managers do not even give an evaluation form to check your performance review thay just lay you off asap which is not good. Managers don’t even point out what you lack to improve instead they will just lay you off. Also they do not want change for the betterment of the company, stagnant management. No work life balance too demanding to work with.

      Pros

      PTO but is never approved. Health benefits. That's it.

      Cons

      Pay is ridiculously low well below the average you'd make more money as a cashier. Job duties are not clear. Management is not helpful.

      Fast-paced environment with strong benefits, but evolving structure

      Pros

      Great benefits, especially health insurance. The environment is fast-paced and gives you the opportunity to build a lot of skills quickly and take ownership of meaningful projects. I had exposure to cross-functional teams and large initiatives, which was valuable for my experience.

      Cons

      Workload can be heavy at times, especially compared to available resources. Compensation felt just okay for the level of responsibility, and the performance review/raise process lacked transparency. There was also frequent executive turnover, which led to ongoing shifts in direction, team structure, and priorities.
