Terrible management

Your immediate co-workers are great, hard-working people.

Cons

Upper Management. The number of executive leadership personnel that have been cycled through is comical. Each one is further removed from the actual day-to-day than the previous. Expect a new "leader" every 10 months. They do nothing to veil the blatant nepotism.

Salary is marketable Benefits & work/life balance are okay

Cons

If you're considering working here, proceed with caution. The company's upper management operates heavily on favoritism for thier "yes" people! They say they have unlimited PTO but if you have need to take a little extra it is counted against you even when utilization numbers are on mark. They make changes to business processes without documentation or communication to staff and then discipline staff for not following the most current process.

Org chart made it difficult to work with others outside of department, revolving door with upper management

Pros

• Work from home was allowed even pre-Covid. • The team I worked with was great. • Break room was always stocked with good snacks, soda fountain, and coffee machines. • Unlimited PTO.

Cons

• Hiring freezes for our branch were put in place while working on a huge migration process, and were not lifted when that migration basically broke the platform for months. • Support team took on more responsibilities during this time without receiving additional compensation. • Upper management/owner seemed more interested in acquiring additional companies than putting resources into improving existing brands.

Pros

Remote working, and that's about it

Cons

A few managers shouldn't be in leadership roles. They have no idea how to handle people. Complete lack of communication from upper management. Constant sense of insecurity about your job. Constant change of activities within your role - to the point of it changing completely - without never consulting the people involved. They literally change the names of international employees to make them sound more English.
