Pros

Easy going and positive environment. A lot of camaraderie between employees. Monscierge works with the biggest players in Hospitality industry, which makes it a perfect place to gain experience and understanding of the hospitality IT market.

Cons

Sometimes seems a bit chaotic and it is unclear what direction company will take. Company had a lot of structural changes in past year with staff and the platform. Some good, some bad.

Great working environment, world class ethos and exciting technology that's deployed around the world and is changing hospitality by improving how guests and hoteliers connect and communicate.

Cons

If you're an ambitious, dependable and well motivated professional then this is a great environment to work in and a superb company to be a part of. Performance targets are commensurate with what a reasonable person might expect from a company with award winning technology and a global customer base.

Pros

No two days are ever the same at Monscierge. The opportunity for growth, experience and constant learning exists on a day to day basis. Very strong focus on customer experience which is led from the very top, the company will go over and above to ensure customers are happy. They now have a solid team now that is focused on changing hospitality. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Monscierge and look forward to seeing the next phase of growth for the company.

Cons

Challenging industry and many different demands from different types of customers within hospitality.
