      Would not recommend to even my worst enemy

      Pros

      There was a lot of great people, not in leadership roles or even lead roles. They were supportive and helpful, but they all got “fired”.

      Cons

      Managers are full of themselves. It’s a dog eat dog world everybody trying to step on each other to get position. Myles has no idea what he’s doing and every month they have a meeting and blow smoke up everybody’s a hole. The people happy there are usually the ones on their own product.

      Pros

      Team members are generally supportive and easy to work with, and direct managers do try to help where they can.

      Cons

      Things feel pretty chaotic a lot of the time with constant changes and restructures, so it’s hard to ever feel settled. Senior management communication isn’t great and often feels unclear, especially when big changes are happening. There’s also not much transparency, which leaves people guessing about what’s going on. Overall it can be quite stressful, and decisions from the top don’t always match what’s actually happening on the ground.

      Team members were generally helpful and easy to work with. Flexible schedule at times. Good opportunity to gain industry experience.

      Cons

      High employee turnover. Lack of organization and planning from management. Expectations often changed without notice. Limited support for professional development. Work-life balance could be difficult to maintain.
