Pay is low, benefits are mid, and management does not know what they are doing. Top-heavy organization. Bad behavior seems to be rewarded while manager-level employees who do the work get stuck with bottom of the barrel salaries.

I learnt so many key skills while working at MA! Everyone is so supportive of your career development and go out of their way to help. I’m still in touch with many of my seniors and overall so grateful for this opportunity.
Extremely friendly staff, not territorial over their work or clients
Cons
I was remote, so it was a bit hard to build personal relationships with anyone. Not necessarily their fault at all, just try to do this in person if possible.
