Maybe the benefits can cause people to lose it and I would rather get the perks in salary and not with gifts

Work-life balance is difficult to maintain due to a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment. Hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 remote) may feel restrictive for those preferring more flexibility. Workload is high, and there’s often an expectation to be available outside regular working hours, including weekends. Salary discussions are not transparent—direct managers have little say, and negotiations go through higher levels of management. Too many meetings, which can take time away from actual project work. Strong emphasis on using AI tools, sometimes creating pressure to rely solely on them rather than other approaches. Sprint priorities and tasks frequently change, even right after planning sessions, which makes it hard to stay focused. Delivery timelines are often pushed to be shorter than initially estimated, adding extra pressure. In certain departments, management practices can feel overly strict or even abusive at times.
