You’re right, we’re a very mission-driven organization and most here find great energy and inspiration in our objective of helping investors achieve their financial goals. As you noted, operating a global company has it’s many challenges, including effective information-sharing and coordinating time zones, but it also opens doors to opportunities and experiences like international assignments. And, of course, it also gives us the platform to achieve our mission on a global scale. I appreciate your advice and I agree that preserving our culture is critical to continued long-term success.
