      Pros

      This is a small but growing company with lots of room for personal growth. Almost everyone is very nice and friendly. There are lots of fun events which shows that the company cares for their employees.

      Need to hire more workers to help balance out the workload.

      Product and industry is sort of neat

      Cons

      Management focus changes weekly so the priorities constantly shift. Nobody cares that you just finished what was the priority three weeks ago, that should have taken six weeks to do. They are already on to the next fire.
