      Pros

      Intellectually diverse personnel, great client base, interesting assignment, very good money. Every team member is given a chance to grow, every day.

      Cons

      The environment is not conducive to people who enjoy making excuses for themselves. If you are going to (pretend to) be sorry, you will be told to be better instead.

      Really in-depth and demanding recruiting process. Not really good for people who do not like to take responsibility.
