Low Salary - you will get below average salary Bad experience - no code quality, most projects are badly written no code review in 90% of cases Stress - you will be constantly asked to estimate unreal times to reduce costs, work overtime all the time and be underpaid for it Uncertainty - the project you work on can suddenly end and you will find yourself doing side projects which are even a bigger mess Transportation - the office is located in the middle of tel aviv where the transportation is really bad and they will require you to come 5 times a week and no work from home, wait till the light rail train works begin! Food - there is a chef but most of the time the food is subpar, would better eat the food i bring from home
