Pros
Really nice and caring management. Some really good professionals you can learn a lot from (if you are lucky)
Cons
Lack of communication between teams working for different clients, so if you are not lucky you can stuck on your own with the client and learn nothing for years. Generally nobody undertands what you are doing (from the management perspective). Take care of the client alone and fill the timesheet on time. No growth perspectives.
