      Team members who care about the company, their colleagues and their clients. Minimal hierarchy. Leadership are accessible, open minded and authentic.

      Cons

      Being a publicly traded and part of a larger entity sometimes impacts the independence that Movio has and also potentially impacts some decisions and the company direction vs if Movio was a standalone organisation.
